The proposal involves development under Section 55 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, but the Local Planning Authority is not satisfied that the proposal as detailed in the submitted drawing nos. Design 6a - 11/03/21 PG No 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08 received by the Council 24 March 2021 can be classed as permitted development. This is because the proposal would not comply with A.1 (j)(ii) of Schedule 2, Part 1 and Schedule 2, Part 1, Class D(c) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 as the proposed side extension is more than one storey and the open porch exceeds 3 metres in height.
