That the proposed single storey extension to side and rear, which is attached to existing extension to the original dwelling and amounts to an extension which is more than half the width of the dwelling, described in the Second Schedule is not permitted development as defined within the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 as amended by Part 1, Class A of the Schedule in The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2008.
