The proposed single storey rear extension together with the existing conservatory to which it will be adjoining to the rear of original dwelling, would extend by more than 4 metres in the case of a detached dwellinghouse, and therefore does not fall within the permitted limits set by Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A (f)(i) of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended).
