Name9. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995, or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order, with or without modifications, no vehicular access gates shall be erected at any time unless they are set back a minimum distance of 10 metres behind the highway boundary and hung so as to open inwards only. 10. No dwelling or apartment, hereby permitted, shall be occupied until turning facilities have been provided within the site to allow all vehicles, including delivery and emergency vehicles, to enter and leave in a forward direction, in accordance with details which shall have first been submitted to and agreed in writing by the local planning authority. Thereafter, these turning facilities shall not be obstructed in any way that would prevent such use.11. No dwelling or apartment, hereby permitted, shall be occupied until replacement car parking facilities have been provided and made available for Nos 7 and 9 Melton Road in accordance with details which shall have first been submitted to and agreed in writing by the local planning authority. Thereafter, the parking facilities shall not be obstructed in any way that would prevent such use. 12. No dwelling or apartment, hereby permitted, shall be occupied until such time as its parking facilities have been provided in accordance with details which have been previously agreed in writing with the local planning authority. Once provided, the parking facilities shall be maintained at all times thereafter. 13. Any replacement windows or doors on the workshop building at ground floor level fronting the highway or public footpath shall be of a type other than outward opening and shall be so maintained at all times thereafter.
