  • Name1.Details of the appearance, landscaping, layout, scale, and proposed ground levels and finished floor levels of all buildings (hereinafter called "the reserved matters") shall be carried out in accordance with the details approved under Reserved Matters approval P/15/1108/2 as amended by planning permission P/16/2057/2. 2.The areas of open space within the development shall be managed in accordance with the approved Ecological Management Plan approved under planning reference P/15/1816/2. 3. The development shall take place in accordance with the agreed written scheme of investigation under reference P/15/1816/2 which has been submitted to and agreed in writing by the local planning authority. 5. The surface water drainage scheme for the site shall take place in accordance with the approved scheme under reference P/15/1816/2 as reflected by planning permissions P15/1108/2 and P/16/2057/2. The scheme shall subsequently be implemented in accordance with the approved details before the development is completed. 6.
