Notwithstanding the details submitted in support of the planning application, within two months from the date of this permission, a detailed specification and samples of materials shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter, the development shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details and shall be retained as such in perpetuity.3.
