  • Name3.Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (as amended), (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order, with or without modifications), no enlargement, improvement or other alteration (including additional windows) of the dwelling or conversion of garaging to habitable accommodation shall be carried out.4. No materials shall be placed on the site until such time as details of the type, texture and colour of the materials to be used on the external surfaces of the proposed development have been submitted for the agreement of the local planning authority. Only materials agreed in writing by the local planning authority shall be used in carrying out the development.8. Prior to the occupation of the 8th dwelling hereby permitted the additional car parking shown on the approved Site Plan (submitted 3 June 2016) shall be constructed and made available for the parking of vehicles for visitors to the wider residential development off Wishbone Lane, Mountsorrel and marina only.
