  • Name3. No use of the facility hereby permitted, including the operation of floodlights, shall be carried out in term times other than between 0900 hours and 2000 hours on Mondays to Fridays and between 0930 hours and 1630 hours on Saturdays. In school holiday periods the use shall be limited to between 1800 hours and 2000 hours Mondays to Fridays and 0930 and 1630 hours on Saturdays. There shall be no use of the facility on Sundays or recognised Bank Holidays. On each weekday evening, the facility shall be vacated by no later than 2015 hours. 6. The landscaping scheme shall be fully completed, in accordance with the details agreed under the terms of the above condition, in the first planting and seeding seasons following the first occupation of any part of the development or in accordance with a programme previously agreed in writing by the local planning authority. Any trees or plants removed, dying, being severely damaged or becoming seriously diseased, within 5 years of planting shall be replaced in the following planting season by trees or plants of a size and species similar to those originally required to be planted.7. The annotated car parking areas as shown on drawing No. L1720 01 rev D shall be permanently retained and made available for use by non-school users/outside groups and in accordance with the hours of use specified in Condition 3.
