  • Name2.The development hereby permitted shall not be occupied until such time as the parking and turning facilities have been implemented in accordance with Munro & Whitten drawing number 2686-MWL-XX-XX-DR-L-001 P06. Thereafter the onsite parking provision shall be so maintained in perpetuity.3. The development hereby permitted shall not be occupied until such time as secure cycle parking has been implemented in accordance with Munro & Whitten drawing number 2686-MWL-XX-XX-DR-L-001 P06 with details first submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the cycle parking shall be maintained and kept available for use.4. Notwithstanding the submitted landscaping details shown on plan ref. L-001 P06, no development (except for site clearance and earth works) shall begin until a revised landscaping scheme, including the amendments specified below, has been submitted to and agreed in writing by the local planning authority: i) The inclusion of more native species and revisions to the use of commercial seed mixes to prioritise natural colonisation and the use of local sources ii) additional runoff attenuation features to enhance biodiversity (but which do not require material change to the surface water drainage strategy previously agreed with the Lead Local Flood Authority) iii) identify one or more areas for natural woodland regeneration (to permit the colonisation of key native species such as ash that cannot be included in the planting scheme) The revised landscaping scheme hereby approved shall be fully completed, in accordance with the details agreed under the terms of the above condition, in the first planting and seeding seasons following the first occupation of any part of the development. Any trees or plants removed, dying, being severely damaged or becoming seriously diseased, within 5 years of planting shall be replaced in the following planting season by trees or plants of a size and species similar to those originally required
