Name3. Notwithstanding the provisions of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015, (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order, with or without modifications), no enlargement, improvement or other alteration of the dwelling shall be carried out & no building, enclosure or other structure shall be erected within its curtilage.6. Before 1st occupation of any dwelling, the approved car parking area shall have been hard surfaced & provided in accordance with the details as shown on drawing 1324-07 Rev A received on 15/08/16 and shall be so maintained & remain available for car parking at all times.
7. Before 1st use of the development hereby permitted, 1m by 1m pedestrian visibility splays shall be provided on the proposed highway boundary on both sides of the access with nothing within those splays higher than 0.6 m above the level of the adjacent footway, in accordance with the current standards of the Highway Authority & shall be so maintained in perpetuity.
