Before 1st use of the development hereby permitted, 1m by 1m pedestrian visibility splays shall be provided on the proposed highway boundary on both sides of the access with nothing within those splays higher than 0.6 m above the level of the adjacent footway, in accordance with the current standards of the Highway Authority & shall be so maintained in perpetuity.
